DVI-100 Digital Voltage Indicator Product Notification - February Product Focus

Due to a policy of continuous improvement, important changes have been made to the DVI-100 Digital Voltage Indicator product line. A summary of the changes are as follows:

• New, lighter weight housing
• Improved shielding of the electronics
• Larger and more robust thread diameter on all accessory probes
• Newly designed Proof Tester
• New Carrying Case

 

The changes to the DVI do not affect the performance nor change the operating characteristics from previous DVI models. Please be aware of the following changes:

• Probes are not interchangeable between older and newer DVI-100.
• The new DVI-100 housing is slightly larger and will not fit into the old case.
• DVI-100 accessories will continue to be available for DVI-100 manufactured prior to January 2010.

 

 

The Product Change Notification has been posted in the Product Advisories section of the HDE website.  This notification will be included with every DVI-100 order.  The notification will be placed inside the DVI-100 case with the instruction manual so each customer is aware of the product line upgrades and changes.  We have also updated the literature and instruction manual and have posted them on the DVI-100 Digital Voltage Indicator page of the HDE website.
