Company Acquisition Announcement
HD
ELECTRIC COMPANY of Waukegan, Illinois USA is pleased to announce
the acquisition of Hi-Test Detection Instruments, Ltd. of Vancouver,
B.C. CANADA and Hi-Test Detection Instruments, Inc. of Blaine,
Washington USA. HD Electric Company purchased the 16-year-old
company in November of 1999.
Hi-Test
has been a leader in the development and production of portable,
high voltage test equipment for the electrical power industry
since 1984. The Hi-Test products join the already extensive HD
Electric line of Electric Test & Measurement Products, Controls
& System Measurement Products, Lighting and Utility Specialty
Products.
